After any news is found, we perform sentiment analysis on it to determine the nature of the news. Based on the sentiment attached to the news we categorize them as positive, negative, or neutral. Alerts are generated each time a decision is taken, new data about an entity becomes available that affects risk levels, or a dataset is updated by the regulatory entity. These alerts are communicated through a notification bar in the interface and email sent to you.

The false positive rate for alerts is zero, since these alerts are generated for entities already identified by the user, hence the chances of updating you with a false positive are zero.
