AML Watcher partners with Optimiza to bring AML screening into goAML reporting across MENA

Amman, Jordan, October 2026. AML Watcher, a RegTech provider of AML screening, today announced a partnership with Optimiza, a regional systems integration and digital transformation platform. Under the agreement, AML Watcher’s screening technology is built into Optimiza’s REDKEYS AML platform and connected to AMLConnect, the layer banks use to file suspicious transaction reports with the Anti Money Laundering Unit under the UNODC goAML standard, giving banks watchlist, sanctions, PEP and adverse media checks that flow straight into their regulatory reporting.

AML Watcher brings sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening drawn from more than 100,000 data sources across 235+ countries, plus name matching built for non-Latin scripts including Arabic variants. Its TruRisk agent cuts false positives by up to 95%, so compliance teams spend less time clearing noise and more time on genuine risk. Optimiza brings REDKEYS, its AML platform for customer risk rating, transaction monitoring and alert and case management, together with AMLConnect for goAML reporting, so the screening slots into a workflow banks have already adopted rather than asking them to run a separate tool.

In practice, a bank can screen a customer or transaction inside REDKEYS. If a sanctions or PEP hit is identified, the result carries through to AMLConnect and into the same record used to generate the goAML report, so the check and the resulting decision stay connected from screening through to filing. Across the workflow, that gives banks a single connected path: KYC and screening, customer risk rating, transaction monitoring, alert and case management, and regulatory reporting.

What the partnership will deliver

Embedded screening inside REDKEYSAML Watcher’s watchlist, sanctions, PEP and adverse media checks run inside Optimiza’s REDKEYS platform, so a flagged customer or transaction moves into report generation without a manual handoff between systems.
Screening and reporting on one recordScreening outcomes and the goAML reports filed through AMLConnect are logged against the same customer or transaction record, giving compliance teams one place to see a client’s risk status and reporting history.
